Hi fellow readers recently the Roald Dahl group have been reading AND THE WINNER IS.We had to think about what the main idea in the book is and what we give it out of 10. Here is a video to show what I mean.
To Sam, I like the presentation of your video. I would like you to have another think about what the main idea of the story was. Yes she broke her leg and got pushed around for the toy grab. But think about why the toy grab was so important for Alicia and tell me what you think the main idea of the story was. Also I am glad to hear that despite the tricky words you enjoyed the story.
