1 The ceremonies held at dawn because the ANZAC's  made their attack at dawn.    

2 Gallipoli  is in Turkey.

3 Australia New Zealand Army core

4 It is special to NZ because we wanted freedom

    Hi Sam
    Well done with your research. It stands for Australian New Zealand Army Corps not core. Also April 25th is important to us because that is the date that the ANZAC's landed at ANZAC Cove and were defeated by the Turks. This was because they landed in the wrong place and the Turks had the advantage over them.
    Have you been to a dawn parade?
